Modified from this Instant Pot Recipe
Notes:
Excluded Thyme (did not have any at the time)
Added about 4 tablespoons of Worcestershire instead of the recommended 1 for a more savory broth
Adding all of the sliced onion at once to the instant pot resulted in about an hour and a half sautee time instead of the 20 minutes in the recipe. Would recommend cooking a quarter of the onions til translucent at a time to shorten the sautee time.
