Mason Jar Salad

This is really a free form but good way to pack a decent salad for or in addition to lunch. These are all about layering so that things do not become soggy. Start with your dressing on the bottom, next put your harder ingredients (carrots, celery, cucumber), next you want to put your possibly moist ingredients (Tomato, Quinua, tuna), after that you will add in your salad itself. For the above photo i am using 50/50 mix and spring mix (greens). on top you can put your dry ingredients (nuts, cheese, seeds)
