Ingredients:
Chili Lime Jackfruit Carnitas
Corn Tortillas
Shredded Cheese
Avocados
Cilantro
Roma Tomatoes
Red Onion
Lemon Juice
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
Guacamole
Small dice red onion, rough chop cilantro, and dice roma tomatoes. Add to a large bowl. Add ripe avocados, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste to the large bowl and mix with a fork until well combined.
Pan fry jackfruit carnitas according to box instructions.
Warm tortillas on comal before assembling: tortilla, “carnitas”, cheese, and topped with guacamole.
